We then have found and spoken to Jennifer Wood and explained our circumstances and she have given us from her time to explain how things work and what she thinks as a person who actually used to work as a decision maker with the department of foreign affairs in regards to visa applications and just knowing that in addition to her advice which was that she thinks we should definitely go through the process of applying as she verified few aspects with us and asked us few questions to help her understand how much formal evidences can we offer to help our application.
Before we have found Jennifer we had come across few other offices that claimed to be migration agents and asked for a very attractive fees but when we talked to them and found that we get asked for things like What’sapp messages and how it was all very fishy we kept looking.
Jennifer at the time had just left UAE which was the country me (expat in UAE) and my Aussi wife and we were speaking initially through emails then the fees she asked for kind of pushed me back but after a year of research I have then contacted Jennifer again and she has been nothing but an honest professional helper with a great integrity through out the who process, she had accommodated our video calls at times that suited us despite or the great time zone difference between Australia and UAE. She had provided us with enough time to read and understand any legal documents we needed to sign whether it was the contract between us or the actual application. She had a very organized way of dropping things into dropbox so we know if we need to resubmit something or if any comments she wanted us to know so we can enhance our application. Jennifer was pregnant and had the baby during the period of preparing our application and during the waiting for decision period and even though she kept very thorough , personal and very accommodating.

"Put simply, AusVisa Link worked for me and my wife when we thought we had little chance. We were both over 50 and were ineligible for many types of visa. We applied for an RRV and waited for over 4 months. "If you want to be laid back and enjoy your routine daily life and have a stress free visa application, so you come to the right place. Jennifer, is basically a hard working agent, whom under my experience, she was delivery her sweet child and yet she was replying back to emails and working on my case. She made sure everything is precisely accurate with information, even if there was a typing error from my side, she don’t take it for granted, she request to have a clear information if it was a mistake from my end or not. Kindly, bear in mind that English isn’t my first language, and Arabic isn’t Jennifer first language either, so she acted as if she is a case officer to cross check all the street names were correct back in my home country and I was surprised that she was asking for spelling names; that gave me the impression she is keen to have a solid case without any error to err them out.
