Visitor Visas

The Visitor visa program is aimed at facilitating the entry and temporary stay of tourist, business and family visitors in Australia.
There are 4 specific Visitor (Subclass 600) visa streams:
- Tourist
- Business Visitor
- Sponsored Family
- Approved Destination Status
The Department of Home Affairs may take into consideration the following factors:
- your personal circumstances
- the purpose and period of your intended stay
- your means of supporting yourself during your stay in Australia
- your previous immigration and travel history
- the circumstances in your home country
- your incentive to return to your home country/country of residence
